Good Protein Tracking Order Status

I had my order disappear off my porch and when I sent an email to the company their quick response made feel like an important customer. They quickly refilled my order and with a new address for the order to be sent to, I was able to receive my order. Thank you

Le Shake est excellent, la texture est belle, mais je dois mettre plus de lait sinon il est trop épais à mon goût. Le seul point négatif, c’est le temps de livraison…. Ça pris près de deux semaines avant de le recevoir…. Je trouve tres long :(

5 ⭐️ Always satisfied with my products. I love, Love, LOVE Good Protein. I had to contact support as I was not able to put in the items I wanted in my subscription (IT glitch in assuming). I explained my problem, what I wanted to do and within less than 12h my account had been fixed and the items I wanted were added. Communications were effective and in a timely matter. Thank you!

Product is great. However, it took longer this time to process, and then the shipping also look longer than usual.

Okay so I absolutely fell in love with Good Protein when I discovered them about 2 years ago. Their chocolate protein powder was THE BEST. I tried a couple other flavors and didn't like them so I only stick to chocolate ... I ordered a refill a couple of months ago and noticed the packaging changed and claimed "new recipe". I didn't open the new back until a few weeks ago and the new recipe is AWFUL! I will not be ordering again. Why would you change a recipe that's perfectly fine? Did you not test the recipe and have loyal customers provide feedback?
