I contacted Goodmans as I had lost the remote to my soundbar and could not find a replacement online. I emailed them at 0818 this morning. Their initial reply was less than 20 minutes later. Completely sorted less than 2 hours later - a replacement remote for an obsolete product is on the way. Fantastic customer service.

Goodman is legit! I needed replacement feet for my kitchenaid mixer which is at least 15-20 years old, in excellent condition, but lost a couple of the rubber feet. Goodman's feet were the authentic feet. I'm grateful and thankful! Package came quickly. I love to support great businesses!
