Perfect service! Everything arrived in time, I got regular e-mail updates for my purchase which kept me informed. Couldnt find better prices anywhere else. Loving my new furniture, and will definitely order again from Goodform!

Had an unpleasant first experience with them recently. It was their fault and they just didn’t care. UPDATE 1: The issue got escalated after my review here. Jens was helpful to find a reasonable solution for the problem. Looking forward to see how the whole process will go until the goods are delivered.. …to be continued…

The delivery was painfully slow. The parcel arrived 3 weeks after the final delivery date that I was promised. I tried to cancel the order but was refused. I informed them timely of a change of address and got confirmation that the new address was in the system but it never came through to the delivery company which delayed the delivery even further. I will not by from this company again

Ich kann nichts Schlechtes über den Kaufvorgang sagen, ganz im Gegenteil. Der Kauf eines hochwertigen Schreibtischstuhls ist professionell abgewickelt worden. Nach dem Kauf hat es 5-6 Wochen bis zur Lieferung gedauert, allerdings bin ich immer über den zeitlichen Rahmen informiert worden. Der Stuhl ist dann fristgerecht und nach Absprache mit dem Logistikunternehmen bei mir angekommen. Alles bestens aus meiner Sicht.
