Excellent service provided. I was warmly welcomed and promptly provided with water and a very comfortable chair. The phlebotomist you took my blood sample was very considerate and made sure I was very comfortable. It was the easiest and most relaxing blood sample that I have ever given - a million miles from many of my NHS experiences.

It was simple to book, but the clinic I wished to use was shut indefinitely, and no Superdrug location was offered. I had to go to Kent from Essex for my appt. (Dartford terrible crossing) At Orpington parking was close by, but needed a phone app. to pay. The clinic was clean and modern, the phlebotomist was excellent and quick, and helpful. I scarcely had a bruise afterwards from a venous blood draw.
