I had a pair of Sketchers waterproof shoes which failed within the 12 months guarantee. Golf base resolved the problem quickly by refund into my account (which I chose) or would have replaced with the same shoes. Thank you Golfbase.

Pricing was competitive, ordering process was straightforward with good delivery time. Would happily buy from this firm again.

Bought pair of golf shoes,too tight,bought another half size bigger,great! Returned shoes that didn't fit,still waiting for refund,this is the second time money has not been refunded,do you do this hoping people will not check their bank statements!!!I'm phoning you tomorrow,AGAIN....

Unfortunately item too small so had to return. Very simple process and refund
