Bought an Omega Speedmaster in October for my 80th Birthday in January and wasn't allowed to wear it until then. Since then I have returned it 3 times complaining about the bracelet which the clasp digs into my wrist. I have complained that in my opinion it is a design fault. I love the watch it is only the bracelet. Omega says there is nothing wrong with it and offered to buy it back for £2030. This is a joke. Please be aware of this. I have said I won't be using this shop again. I have tried contacting you like you asked but it is an invalid address

Just wanted to update a review I submitted in April regarding an old pocket watch I left with Goldsmiths for a service and clean. They did phone me regarding this review and they apologised for my experience. They said they would carry out an investigation, I assumed they would come back to me with their findings, they have not as yet. I really wanted to know why the company they said they used for antique watches was unable/ unwilling to service an old watch, unbelievable! I don't think it should be that difficult to get an answer to that question but it seems as if it is, very disappointing.

Excellent service from Sophie in the Tunbridge Wells branch of Mappin & Webb, who ordered the necklace to the store and beautifully wrapped it as a gift for our daughters birthday.
