It is not a myth that they are a legendary gym. All the bests went there. All the Mr. Olympias, the legends, the behemoths, they have all been to Golds. I don't know, some of them might not be ideal right now because I think there is a whole bunch of them around the US and possibly in other countries, I don't know. but it is an irrefutable fact that they were a huge trend in the bodybuilding and fitness industry back in the day, and they are still relevant and popular to this day.

always a solid workout and energy. whenver there's a golds nearby I know it will be a good workout. love their free weights
