Golden Goose FR Tracking Order Status

I ordered some shoes just after Christmas but had some issues with the postage from Italy to the UK. The invoice wasn't included with the order and DHL would not move the package without it. The customer service I received from the UK team was poor and only served to delay the order further. Instead of sending me the invoice, they sent a request to Italy to send the invoice. It turned a 5-minute job into a 2-day saga which ended with them sending me the invoice anyway. I was happy with my shoes once they arrived and they felt comfortable. I ordered the men's stardan in total black leather. Fast forward a month and the sole of the shoe is coming apart from the leather. To be fair, the refund process was quite quick and I was sent a free DHL return label and refunded in about a week. I was told 5 times in various emails that GG doesn't do exchanges. Strange. I decided to give the company another go and ordered some Ball Star LTD. The shipping was super fast and my order arrived the next day. In light of this, I decided to update this review and add a star. I like the products (if these shoes hold together, which they should at the price point) but the company was rather let down by incompetent/poor UK customer service.
