It was user friendly. Since I was a first time customer wasn’t sure how the communication process worked. I was placed a phone call for an explanation of the process and was placed on a brief hold. The person that assisted me was very helpful explaining the process and when a confirmation of the items shipped would be received. I would have to say a great experience.

Awesome purchase with adequate shipping.before I purchased and compared with like products from eBay to Amazon the price was very reasonable and also a high quality piece. The only thing that could have made it better was a certificate of authenticity.as others offered.

All of the individual coins were not up to the quality I've experienced in the past. They lacked the instant confirmation of their grade.
