GoJane Tracking Order Status

Don't know why someone said they started in 2019 because I've shopped with them for over a decade. They don't have the highest quality clothes but the pictures almost always reflect how thin/not thin the materials are.

Go, Jane's clothes look just like what's advertised. They keep me up to date with fashion. As a loyal customer, I never had to ship anything back. I would have given them five stars till this happened. I ordered three pairs of boots, none of them fit. I ordered size nine; the shoes ran small. They fit like 8s. I sent them back. I spent $50 on three pairs of boots! Great deal, right?! Wrong, I had to pay $45 for delivery to ship back. They don't refund shipping.

Overall GoJane has beautiful shoes but I'm definitely not pleased when you have issues with the shoes and pretty much get ignored when trying to contact them also having to pay for your on shipping too return the item when it's no fault of you're own. I ordered some heels that has a stain on them that's very visible that I know they were aware of before delivering them to me so for my troubles they should send me out another pair of the same heels in the same size before there completely sold out because they only have one more pair in stock and immediately send me a free shipping label to send these other ones back today!

Item descriptions are inaccurate and when you try to request to return, they will not refund shipping charges and pay for return shipping charges when I wouldn't have bought the items if the description were correct. I purchases two pairs of heels described at 3.25inches heel height. Items received and measured at 4inches. I would have not purchased these because I can't wear 4 inches as that height is not comfortable for me to wear all day in an office environment. GoJane customer services did nothing to help. I feel lied to. Will not purchase from here again.

I used to love GoJane. They’ve always carried trendy fashion but there are just too many cons now. First, the shoes seem more narrow now so you definitely need a size larger than you wear, if you have wide feet. Second, the “sales” are a rip off in my opinion. They used to be reasonably priced but now it seems like they do what a lot of other companies do; jack up the price of the item and then say it’s 50% off which is really the price it should be. Third and final, the shipping is ridiculous and again you can only get free shipping or your items at the “sale” price.
