Godiva Tracking Order Status

I always get gifts here at least a few times a year and they’ve always delivered everything on time and the chocolates are great

I don't normally write review but after seeing some poor reviews I was worried after placing my order - however the dress arrived in 7 days despite the Royal Mail strikes . It was exactly as shown on the website - colour and quality as shown and true to size ( M&S size 12 ) So I am really pleased with my purchase .

I had placed an order on 11/26/22 thinking their cyber sale had started. On 11/27/22 I received an email about a sale. The chocolate I purchased a day earlier was now 38.00 cheaper. I tried calling them…no one would answer. I finally got up with someone through chat, and ask if they could do a price adjustment, or at least an online credit. Was told they couldn’t do that, but they could cancel the order, and I could reorder at the lower price. I said, yes please. Representative said, your order is canceled. So, I reordered the chocolate. They had charged my card, but they had refunded it. I’m thinking ok…everything is good. I have a screenshot of the chat. Nope, they end up sending out both boxes of chocolate, and recharging my card for the order that was canceled. I tried calling AGAIN, no one would answer. Emailed, got a response days later….after chocolate had been delivered. This company is a joke. This is not the Godiva experience you use to get years ago. AVOID!

Ordered online and paid for 2nd day shipping for Christmas gift. Received confirmation, everything exactly like I ordered. Two days later the candy has not even shipped yet, called Customer Service (she was exceptional/pleasant/professional). CS stated that I CHOSE a delayed delivery date on the order. Which I did not. The confirmation of the order stated no delayed date, and why would I pay for TWO DAY SHIPPING for a delayed or later ship date????? Very disappointed, will not purchase from Godiva in the future again.
