Goddiva Tracking Order Status

I ordered a dress from Goddiva for a wedding. I saw a lady wearing it at a previous wedding and loved it. It arrived promptly and was very good quality, but sadly it didn’t suit me so I sent it back via the returns policy. After a short while I emailed customer services as I hadn’t heard anything about my refund and my query was answered by a very helpful member of the team who processed my refund very quickly. Thank you Goddiva, I will definitely be back!

I bought a dress from here for my hen party and it arrived quickly, and when it arrived it was just so pretty and comfortable I was so happy to wear it all night! I got lots of compliments! They also sent me a discount for my first purchase which was a nice bonus. Would buy from them again! I bought this on their app as well and it works very well and very easy to navigate. My only issue with it is that sometimes when you click on the banners for the new collections it takes you out of the app into a new window and therefore you cannot add things to your wishlist without logging in again, so it would be so much easier to just stay in the app.
