Clove Tracking Order Status

Don’t get these shoes. Unless you have a friend who has the and size and you can try them. These are destroying my feet. I explained this to the company and they offered me a store credit. I already tried two of their shoes. They don’t care that they are causing me de-habilitating pain and I have to take them off every two hours at work. Horrible customer service.

Shoes too small, and returns near impossible.

I’m a teacher I do my regular hours plus afterschool plus coaching. I was led to believe by instagram influencers that these were comfy for nurses so I decided to try them out and bought my shoe size from this company during a sale to try them out. Shoes were way too small, thin layer on top. Too tight and not as comfortable as I was led to believe. On top of that they did not let me return. Its almost like they know their product sucks.

The Clove shoes are comfortable but wore out very quickly. I wear my shoes carefully and only work part time. The soles of the sneaker tore out as if i had them for years! Not a good quality considering the high price.

I love my Clove shoes. I do have wide feet so I ordered a half size larger than I normally wear. I work in a veterinary hospital and have had some pretty nasty things on my white shoes. The original style are easy to clean with a clorox wipe. I will say that I did purchase my own inserts due to my arches.
