Gluten Free Tracking Order Status

Never received my product. I placed an order for green tea & immediately received an emailed reply from them containing an order confirmation and a promise to email an update when the tea shipped. ELEVEN days went by with no shipping info. I sent two emails and called three times with no response. I contacted my credit card company and began a dispute of the credit card charge. At that point, I got an emailed reply to one of my earlier emails, stating my tea was out of stock and would I like to order a different item? No, I would not. I would like to cancel this order and never deal with this company again. I can't believe that they waited 11 days to tell me that they didn't actually have the product for which they'd collected money. I got another email response from them, stating that my order had been canceled but my payment hadn't been refunded. I replied that they'd better refund my payment or else deal with my credit card company, since I'd already started the dispute process. At that point they claimed they'd issued a refund - though it's not appearing online just yet; so I'll give it a day or so.
