Great Little Trading Company Tracking Order Status

UPDATE: I have now had a response and confirmation from EVRI that they have received my order, so I’ll update if and when it’s delivered in a few days time. From other review replies I’ve read, this has clearly been a result of the change in ownership and not wanting to take down the site to allow for the operational change over. I don’t think it will be indicative of the company going forward hopefully! I have used this company many times before and have never had a problem, their toys are excellent. I placed a £130 order 33 days ago (04.10.23) and have still not received it. The items i ordered did say delivery within 7-14 days, so i didn't initial chase this until 25.10.23 as i generally give businesses the benefit of the doubt. I was told that EVRI were unable to locate the order (from 13.10.23) - i never received any emails from EVRI to know they even had it, which whilst they do lose stuff, they usually update with a 'delay in delivery' notification so I found this odd. I was told a new order would be shipped that day / the next day. I received nothing from EVRI to say they had it, so chased and was old on 30.10.23 that the warehouse did not ship it and a replacement was being sent that day. I have still not had anything. I chased on 01.11.23, 02.11.23 and 03.11.23 and have at this point (13:30 on 06.11.23) still not had a reply. I have been offered a refund each time, but i genuinely just want my order!

Hi, trying to reach someone at Great Little Trading Co regarding my order which was placed on 11th Sept 2023. This still hasn’t been received and no update from customer services. There is also no contactable number.

Agree with the other recent reviewers - waited 1 week without receiving any dispatch emails before chasing customer service, was told it would be dispatched within 1-2 days which didn't happen, and then the customer service email address was unexpectedly terminated with no warning or forwarding set up. We did ultimately receive the product around 3 weeks late however and it is great. I'd recommend waiting a couple of weeks or so until good reviews start showing here again if you're thinking of ordering, as the company seems to be working through some issues at the moment.

UPDATE: After 9 days, my order arrived. I have adjusted my rating from 1 to 3. A lot of what I included below is still valid - contacting them at the moment is impossible. --- I agree with the other recent reviews - something is up with GLTC. Order was placed over a week ago, money taken but absolutely nothing since - no delivery, no dispatch, no comms. Have emailed them and am now getting "there was a problem while delivering your message" bouncebacks. At one point they had a message on their website saying delivery times were taking longer than normal due to "IT problems", but that's now disappeared along with their customer care number. I have however found their number from elsewhere (UPDATE: I originally included their number here, but I've removed it as they compained! However it's literally included in Trustpilot's profile of them in the right-hand panel), but when I call it I get the message "Destination number not accepting calls." Their website continues to trade, but I'm not holding out much hope of getting my delivery.

Good strong packaging, and yet also easy enough to unwrap. It feels strong and solid, and heavy enough to take the weight of clothes. Maybe it will only take me five minutes to fix together?!
