Glow Dreaming UK Tracking Order Status

Discovered this product for my 3rd baby and wish I'd found it sooner! Bought towards end of pregnancy so had it to use since birth, and honestly, if used from the start it works like a dream. As soon as we go upstairs and the glow is on, baby goes into "sleep mode". Even though she obviously wakes to feed (which you want!) she goes back to sleep straight after and no periods of being awake and trying to play during the night. It really does make you feel sleepy! The essential oil that comes in the bundle with it is really nice too. I couldn't be without it - which is why I was devastated when the humidifier part stopped working. However, I needn't have worried, as I contacted customer service and after sending a video of the fault, they posted a replacement the next day. Customer service is superb. It does seem a little expensive at first, but if you were going to buy a night light, white noise machine and humidifier it would add up to the same amount anyway! Can't vouch for how well it would work if introducing later on to an older baby or toddler, but if used from birth it is 1000 percent worth the money IMO!

I want to start by saying I love my glow dreaming and customer support is fantastic. I just want to ensure others are aware if theirs has sound problems. I was gifted a glow dreaming in Feb 2024. I used it mostly on the loudest setting which seemed like a good volume, the quietest barely audible. One day it suddenly became significantly louder. Where the quietest setting was now about as loud as the loudest used to be, and the loudest setting was super loud!! Way to loud for me let alone baby. Unfortunately, it would occasionally flick between the quiet settings and the loud, so sometimes would go in to feed baby in the night and realise it had flicked into the crazy loud mode. Customer service were great and sent me another - but that one was as loud as the loud settings. I wrote to them again, and sent videos with the decibels (obviously not a perfect set up, but clearly >90/100 decibels). They sent a third and it was still super loud. But hopefully atleast stable and doesn't flick between the two different volume patterns. I hope that the two very loud ones I sent were refurbished machines, as I know some companies do that, which would perhaps explain the abnormally loud volume, otherwise I am concerned there may be machines out there that are as super loud as these Please ensure you don't think your machine is too loud. If you are questioning it, try a free downloadable decibel reading and contact the support team. Positively, the fantastic things about the Glow are the humidifier, and the red light. I love being able to control it from my app as well. I Would love an easier way to turn it all off in one button - rather than having to cycle through the white noise and/or the humidifier settings to turn it off in the morning.

I have been using the glow dreaming sleep easy for my daughter for a couple of weeks now, she is two years old and can be a bit unsettled through the night. She really enjoys the transitions from day time (green light) to night time (red light) and this has helped her understand when it is time to sleep. She does still wake sometimes but is much less anxious and finds comfort with the familiar sound (pink noise) and the red light. We are really enjoying it so far and want to try the glow dreaming oils in the diffuser next :)

I was a bit sceptical when I first saw these online but desperate to help my toddler sleep I thought why not? And I am so glad I did! It has been great, the pink noise is so much nicer than his previous white noise machine. the red light makes his room feel so much more relaxed and for the most part he now sleeps through. If I had to give it one con I would say that the volume, the jump from the low to medium setting is pretty big, it feels like medium is a bit too loud but low is a bit too quiet. But otherwise no complaints!

I am extremely happy with this purchase. From the super easy process of ordering it, to it arriving swiftly in the post, it was all stress-free and straight forward. The product itself has been a bit of a game changer for us with our little ones naps. Our 9 month old was always waking up after 40 mins (on the dot!!), but since using this light and pink noise, the average nap is around an hour/ 1.5 hours, which is a relief I must say. We haven’t used the humidifier bit yet but will in the future.
