GLOBO Tracking Order Status

Ordered shoes online, 10 days later they got sent to a store that is closed down. I wasted my time and gas going to the store. I contact customer service, the lady refunds me and abruptly ends the chat. Great customer service guys.

I ordered 2 pairs of winter boots for my sons on their online site (160$ total) and I never received any confirmation email from them, neither a phone call. It’s been over 2 weeks now, they already charged me on my credit card still no answer from them, no boots for my sons….Never order online from them, it’s a total rip off, and bad customer service.

no customer service available online or via phone, been on hold for almost 2 and half hours and still havent gotten any answers. ordered shoes over 1 week ago and still havent gotten a tracking or an update or anything and it still says it hasnt been shipped but when i paid it said 2-5 days to receive. they gladly took my money and now they don't provide any updates or service. Edit : so i was finally able to get some help via facebook And finally got the order so i have cha fed my original 1 star to 3 star Not giving more stars because it really was hard to get help and it was not a great experience and i dont plan on ordering online wver agin with them.but still wanted to mention it ended up being resolved.

Great shoes. Always a great experience. My go-to for any type of footwear.
