GlobalGolf Tracking Order Status

Ordered a club as a gift, it broke after 5 uses. Called and they sent me a replacement shaft, no hassles, no questions.

After reading all of the negative reviews I was skeptical on whether or not I should purchase from Global Golf. They showed a set of Mizuno Irons that I had been looking for and with the discounts they were offering were about 1/2 the price of other used online retailers. So I took the gamble and I am glad I did. They listed the clubs in very good condition and except for a small wear mark here and there the clubs look they had never been used and they shipped the same day I placed the order.

Ordered club and paid extra for FedEx shipping to arrive today, 7/21.. all updates said delivery today, 7/21. Now, at 9:15PM on 7/21 I get notice pending delivery; no info when delivery might occur.. Have ordered clubs from Global before with no issues..not sure if it’s FedEx or Global but don’t charge me extra if it’s going to take a week to deliver.. be upfront on delivery schedule or get a new vendor… Update 7/22.. still delivery pending at 7:15pm.. delivery “delayed” per FedEx.. hopefully get tomorrow.. Update 7/22 at 8:45 PM.. FedEx advises delivery delayed due to “operational issues “ Give me a break.. if I could cancel this I would.. give it another day.. would give Global / FedEx zero stars If possible.. Update at 9:03PM.. unable to leave “contact us “ message on Global site.. “invalid characters/ exceeds xx characters. Now 8:15pm on Saturday 7/23.. no delivery yet FedEx states delivery by end of day.. Now “transferred to FedEx ground”.. Will initiate cancel order with my credit card company on Monday for failure to receive product as promised.. will no longer purchase anything golf related online except through Amazon or the manufacturer directly.. not worth the aggravation.. Finally on 7/25 at 5:00PM my club was delivered. Finally able to speak earlier today with CSR at Global. Very helpful and issued credit for shipping charge. FedEx customer service is useless.. unable to speak with a real person. My guess is that this incident more of a FedEx issue but not for me to figure out. Condition of club is excellent, as advertised.

Ordered a headcover for one wife had lost and Cobra could not help her in the UK. Received new headcover within a week of ordering from the States. Would recommend UK sellers to use. many thanks
