Glam Seamless Tracking Order Status

These hair extensions are absolutely awful. I had them installed on 5/11 and today, 5/29 they are already so frizzy, tangled, and with visible split ends that I want them taken out. Straight out of the box they are beautiful, after a couple washes, whatever is put on them to keep them smooth comes off and they feel like straw (the mustache hairs at the top of the wefts are so stiff and itchy). I use top of the line products, don't overwash, brush with extension-safe brushes, and use minimal heat to no avail. I sleep with my hair braided, in a bonnet, and on a silk pillow case. I am devastated that I spent so much on these to not even be able to love them for a month. Two stars because they have a nice color selection & easy website. These might be good for clip-ins, but not as a semi-permanent option. Update 6/3/2024: these wefts feel like they have lost AT LEAST a quarter of their density. They twist and tangle within an hour of light activity. Just bad. Update 6/10/2024: Glam seamless NEVER responded to my PayPal dispute so PayPal decided for them in my favor. I believe that says a lot about Glam’s customer service if they’re not even willing to reach out to the customer. Also, I commented on several “targeted ads” on Facebook about how the hair is garbage & they messaged something generic each time but never offered anything after I told them I took it up with PayPal. So buyer beware.

I switched from Bellamy extensions to Glams two months ago. My stylist recommended the seamless tape ins. The extensions were nice when they were installed but unfortunately they lost quality very quickly. I could tell they were deteriorating quickly. They became very dry, brittle, tangled and matted easily and started shedding. I mentioned the issues I had to my stylist at 30 days after installing. We started a more aggressive moisturizing routine. Unfortunately by my next appointment, less than 60 days after installment the exentions are terrible. My stylist and I both agreed they were defective. She contacted Glams and inquired on their 60 day satisfaction policy. We sent in all the information as well as photos and I’m disappointed to say Glam only offered a minimal gift certificate for new extensions which have been continually out of stock. I’m now stuck with very expensive extensions that look and feel terrible waiting for new stock to be available so I can spend another $500 in 60 days. I hope the next batch is better or I’m going back to Bellamy’s

First time buyer!! I’m impressed! My order was set to be delivered yesterday and when I arrived home, no package was at my door step. I immidiatley emailed Glam Seamless and called the USPS carrier to report my package loss/stolen USPS opened a claim and under investigation to what happen. Glam Seamless responded to me this morning about my order not delivered and right away provided me instructions to report my claim. Kid you not with in an hour or so my claim was approved for a replacement. Let me tell you even though I have not tried out their product yet, of course it was stolen at my door step, their customer service and customer satisfaction is TOP TIER! I can not wait to get my replacement extensions !! Thank you again Glam Seamless !!
