Glacierfresh Tracking Order Status

I was looking for new filters for myself and as a gift. I found the filters I needed and placed the order. I received the filters in a reasonable amount of time. When I oped the order I found that there was an extra filter sent. I contacted customer support to about the extra filter and was told to keep it as a gift seeing it was shipped in error. I must say from ordering to getting filters and contacting customer support all went well and I was very pleased.

The price of the refrigerator filters was awesome! The filters were just as described. I will definitely purchase from Glacier Fresh again. In fact, I encouraged my family to buy from them.

Superior Customer Service!!! I was a dunce and hastily purchased the wrong filters and customer service helped me straighten the whole mess out and find the filters ai needed. I love the price point of these filters and they work well with my SubZero refrigerator. Yay Glacier!!

I wish I would have gone directly to Glacier from the start! Not only were they cheaper than Lowe’s and Home Depot filters, they delivered within a matter of a few days. I really appreciated the check in to see if I received my product and was satisfied. I would have given them 10 stars if I could 😊

Just received my order of six(6) filters from Glacier Fresh. I just placed the order this past Monday and they already arrived today (Thursday). Also, for what Glacier Fresh charged for 6 filters, was still cheaper than purchasing 1 filter from eith Home Depot or Lowes! P.S. The shipping was also FREE.
