Customer service was top notch! The team was patient and thorough while I asked a ton of questions regarding the process. Kit was easy to use and affordable. Highly recommend.

My partner and I live in the Midwest where it's hard to get a semen analysis without a substantial wait. Last we checked it was about 6 months before he could even be seen. We also have limited options for freezing and didn't know an at home service existed until we heard about Legacy. The process was really easy, we received a kit, he did his business, and now we have vials stored for future use if we decide we want kids. We don't know yet, but having the peace of mind that comes from the option is nice. Their customer service is great too. We had questions about the fluid used to keep the sample fresh and they were knowledgeable and kind.

Great product. Used it to test my fertility from home. Just way more convenient than going to a clinic. Was testing to figure out what was up with my health, froze a sample because why not? Feels like a no brainer

Used them several times for semen analysis and freezing. Analysis always appeared accurate and had a reasonable turn time, although once it took a few business days longer than expected. This is better than their competitor Fellow was. I have not yet attempted to use any of the frozen samples so I cannot give a rating/review on that, which is going to be the most important thing they'll need to deliver on.

Stored 4 samples. That is simple enough. But I wanted to discuss the samples and the numbers. Set up appointment which earliest was 30-45 days away....I have forgotten since it's so long ago. I got the meeting warnings and just didn't read them "enough". Just waited for my appt and no call. I go to appt notice and it is a zoom. I don't have a camera.....I emailed them and said call since it was 6 minutes past appt time. So I have 4 deposits and really no clue what's going on. There really is no customer service. I have deposits with Dadi too and they are faster on the replies (although never asked to speak with them). I must accept some blame for not catching the zoom part, but I don't need to see your face to discuss the numbers! I'm just going to make a local appt now and try and discuss this. Their customer service "dr" is a waste of time.
