Wish I had read the reviews prior to buying gloves costing over $100! Deceptive advertising for sure. Wore the gloves whiles snow blowing / shoveling snow in Minnesota and my fingers were cold in less than 15 minutes! Might be waterproof but definitely not meant for cold weather! Very disappointing. Will not buy from vender again and will never recommend product!

I bought one of their hats which is described as “uniform nylon” and “quick dry” however the hat is 85% cotton so it’s certainly not a quick dry nylon hat. It’s also made by Richardson which is a promotional hat company that costs about $13. The type of hat that’s given away for free at trade shows. I spent about $34 on the hat and ended up returning it. When I bought it I used a 10% discount code. In the refund they charged me the money back for the discount code which I have never seen before from an online retailer. Overall w shipping back they ended up taking about $10. Very poor customer experience and policy. I will never support a company with this type of customer service and customer experience again.

Above and beyond quality and service. Had an issue with one of the gloves I had and hat it sorted out in a matter of days. Probably also the best mittens I have ever owned.
