Great product great company. I lost the handle crank for the hose reel. They sent it out with tracking. I offered to pay for it but they insisted on taking care of it. Excellent service and fantastic product. I also own their hose which is outstanding in quality,

We purchased a hose reel which leaked, I contacted the company and they immediately got back to us and sent a replacement which showed up just a couple days later. Their Customer Service response was extremely fast from answering emails to receiving the new hose reel. The quality of the product is very well built!
