At Christmas last year Yodel managed to lose one of my orders. Giordano replaced it promptly, no fuss. Generally they deliver when they say they are going to. Easy to deal with.

Very fast delivery times. The quality of wines has improved over the years (I think). UK couriers could be professional - they shouldn't leave the wine without any physical attempt at informing the receiver. In my case ring the doorbell !!!

Great wines and always delivered have never had a problem

Great wines have ordered from them for years however the last two orders have done to an address that I've never ordered to before??? Was a previous billing address and I keep having to travel 3 hours away to go collect my order ridiculous! Not happy. Confirm email had my current address both times so still confused.
