Really love my Gigil bag, but the magnetic snap broke- leaving the bag useless. Got in touch to ask if a replacement snap could be sent out, but was told because the item had been gifted and I didn’t have proof of purchase they couldn’t help. A real shame.

The perfect all round changing bag! Such a luxury changing bag, worth every penny!, the finish of the bag is gorgeous. Comes with a little matching changing mat, insulated pocket inside of bottles, lots of pockets and pouches inside. Fits in LOADS! I wish I found this bag sooner.
