THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL WAS WEAK, TINY PRINT, SO NOT EASY TO READ AND VERY BASIC AT THAT. WEAK VOLUME WITH TINNY SOUND QUALITY. FIDDLY TO INPUT ALL THE NUMBERS. I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHERE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS COME FROM ON OTHER SITES, BECAUSE IT IS ALREADY PROVING A BIG MISTAKE FOR US, AND WE'VE ONLY JUST RECEIVED IT. POOR CHARGE LIFE.

Gigaset C530A Duo defektes Handteil. Das ca 19 Monate alte Handteil war defekt.Daraufhin habe ich es an Gigaset Bocholt zur Überprüfung eingesandt. Innerhalb einer Woche wurde mir ein neues Handteil zugesandt. An Schnelligkeit nicht zu überbieten.Super Service.Absolute Empfehlung.

Bought Comfort 550A duo. Watched their promo all about being made in Germany. As I try to avoid Chinese I bought one. Written on box, Made in Germany. Written on phones and base, Made in China! Their own instructions say constructed in China. So, with all the technical knowhow the Germans proclaim to have, it seems they have managed to make a box. I tried to put my point of view on their website but they refused to print it. Shame really as the phone seems OK but I do not like being misled and would not of bought this had I known that is Chinese. Needless to say I will not be visiting them again. And as Amazon etc advertise this as made in Germany I will advise them that they are being misled and unknowingly misleading their customers.

Gigset in September installed fibre optic. Cable outside my home, BH21, in doing so burnt my hedge all the way a long. I complained on this site in September and was told hedge will grow back, I am not convinced. I note your work force is still in the area so perhaps someone would look at this damage and tell me the cause and what you intend to do about it. I would have thought your workmen could have informed me of the damage at the time? Chris

Non si capisce con che criterio abbiano deciso di ridurre a 1m di lunghezza il cavi di collegamento alla presa elettrica , gia corto ,che non arriva nemmeno alla scrivania :pietoso genio . L'assistenza chiesta invece il 19/10 per qualche intoppo nell'istallazione è stata fornita da una giovane paziente , attenta ad ascoltare e qualificata,
