The circus tent I purchased from this store for my daughter's birthday gift exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and design. The pen torches I ordered in early December as a Christmas stocking filler were delivered yesterday (3rd March)!. I do not think this is good service!

Part of my order submitted in early December did not arrive until today. I did receive communication to the effect that there would be a delay but there was further slippage albeit I was advised of this. Almost three months is too long to fulfil an order.
