I purchased custom gift cards for my adult children for Christmas recently. The photos on the cards look great and they were delivered in eight days by Australia post. I’m happy with my purchase and the service.

Easy online gift care purchase

I purchased 2 cards online, one was a personalised card (I provided the photo), the other I selected from their broad range of “celebration” cards available. I was called to verify that indeed I wanted one of each, and I also said I was concerned that I might not get them in time for the birthday I was intending the upcoming weekend. I was assured that they would personally see that it was expedited. It arrived in time in time, and I’m so happy that they followed through and kept their word ! Thankyou Gift Card Store !

I like the process of using giftcard store. I would like to know whether my recipients have received and activated their vouchers. It would be good to know if any vouchers were not delivered to recipients when you are sending bulk vouchers. And it would be even better if those funds could be somehow returned to my giftcard store account.
