Giffgaff Recycle Tracking Order Status

Sent a Google pixel 7 128gb, got quoted £295 and was paid 3 days later the same price. Shame about not having call centres but good experience overall.

I must admit, I read the reviews on here just after I had sent my phone to Giffgaff recycle and was really nervous as the reviews are horrendous, but I must say the service I received was 5*. I generated a postal note on oct 6th, sent it on the 7th and by the 11th, I received an email to say the phone was as described and was going to receive the full amount they’d quoted. Checked my bank this morning and they've paid the full amount in. Maybe I’m another lucky one but it was smooth for me.

Great experience, recycled an iphone 12 and iphone 11 pro max and got £240 for them each matching the original quote price. I recommend selecting paypal as payment option as I got paid the same day the phone processed, whereas bank transfer took 5 working days.

I generated a postal note last Thursday 16th, sent it on the 17th and by Monday I received an email to say the phone was as described and was going to receive the full quote in which was originally stated to me. Checked my bank this morning and it’s been transferred in, the full amount. Maybe I’m the lucky one but it was smooth for me and I will definitely use this service again! The ‘only’ issue was that I was told I would be paid yesterday, but I’m not going to complain about 1 day late.

This was such a positive experience. GiffGaff offered me £200 for my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 in March 2021. Other sites were offering around £160. I was worried about posting my phone away as I have read a lot of bad reviews where other companies reduce their their offer on receipt of a phone. However I decided to send the phone using my own packaging and postage instead of the freepost label. I used Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure it was trackable and fully insured. I posted it on Saturday 3 April (during Easter weekend) and received the full payment by Paypal the next working day on Tuesday 6 April. I was amazed it was this quick and easy. I would recommend this service. Top tip would be to sign up to TopCashback.co.uk and see if there's any cashback offers. I clicked the link and £8.50 is due to be paid to me in a few months time.
