Get Wines Direct Tracking Order Status

I have used Get Wines Direct for many years but over the last 6 months their delivery system has failed and they blame either their direct courier or Australia Post and Take no Accountability themselves, it’s back to Dan Murphy for myself and recommend others do the same. Pity what was a great service has failed me to a point I just will not use them again.

Get wines direct had offered me $90 wine ‘Crown & Anchors’ Chardonnay Mclaren Vale for $16 ea, Not giving this Scammy mob my details, If it’s too good to be true, it always is, Nothing is free

Order cancelled without any reason or communication, terrible customer service - won't even bother answering an email or returning a call. Charged on credit card and no refund given, had to start dispute with PayPal.

Avoid using this service. The service and selections are great but if you don’t buy often enough they harass you weekly with phone calls. Understanding the operators are only doing their job under instruction I recently and politely asked to be removed from their call list and since then they now call me every day. That are much worse than any telemarketing or scam caller than I’ve ever experienced. You’ll note they feature regularly on the nuisance call reporting websites. I only wish there was some kind of regulation around this so they could be penalised for harassment.
