Their customer service is horrible. One of the biggest reasons we signed up was the appointment reminders. We have had trouble off and on through the years with them not sending, or going out a day later than they should. Just recently we got a new server and called them to let them make sure all was working correctly. 6 hours later ( 3 calls over an hour each- mostly on hold) it is still not working. When everything is working as it should it's great. Unfortunately, when it's not, the help is not great. Update: I finally spoke to someone in sales who connected me to Melissa (not in customer service) She fixed the problem in under 10 minutes.

We absolutely love using Weave for our sole source of communication with our patients. Our patients love it which is even better! The mobile app is so helpful to use for emergencies over the weekend or holidays as well.

Weave has been a great asset to our dental practice! It’s definitely a timesaver when confirming appts and it’s a great way to communicate with patients that would rather receive texts instead of phone calls! It’s also helpful when sending and receiving faxes!
