Clear instructions all the way and timely results with guidance given alongside results and offer of more help if wanted. Its a crime the NHS isnt operating in a way to find root cause instead of dealing in drugs to mask symptoms.

It did not work for me so I personally will not use it again.

Test arrived quickly. I ordered multiple tests. Easy enough to do the test. The only issue I had on one test was working out how to use the yellow lancet, as a first time user the instructions not clear. Luckily there were lots of them in the pack to test out. Results of test are thorough, with explanations to help you. Very helpful information included. I’m able to do my own research now with the results and make decisions to move forward. Would recommend.
