I do try to support my local Pet shops but only one sells the food our dog has so I also shop on line for it. I tried Get Set Pet as the price was competitive and the delivery time of 2 days was much faster than many others who are quoting 7 days plus. Food arrived when expected and advised by Email, well packed with a good best before dat so very please. Thanks

I used get set pet for about a year, I was on a subscription for eden dog food, even when the prices went more expensive than elsewhere. Then one time my subscription never turned up, I did wait a couple weeks as it was December, Christmas, busy time but then after 2 week got in contact just to be told they couldn't get hold of my usual dog food anymore there was a problem with supplier. I know these things happen but to not inform me of it or ring and offer an alternative or give me a heads up they were going to run out I thought was terrible customer service. I have found it elsewhere now and cheaper. I was really disappointed and don't think I will be returning
