Cheeky Tracking Order Status

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Total scam. I ordered a mouth guard from Cheeky almost 2 weeks ago. They don’t say anywhere on their website that they are based in the U.S. The impression kit hasn’t yet arrived because it is shipping from the U.S. to the UK! I’ve asked several times and they won’t give me a refund. They’ve said to get a refund I need to return the impressions kit, which I don’t have and didn’t cost anything anyway! Total scam, don’t buy from them.

I love LOOOOVE this product!!! 💘 Before Cheeky, I had been using the same night guard from my dentist for 2.5 years. I always wanted to get a new one because the thought of having this plastic for 2 and a half years grosses me out, but it's toooooo pricey... I saw an ad from Cheeky, tried it, and I LOOOOOVE IT! I think it's better than what I got from the dentist, and cheaper too... 🤐 Now I can change it every 3 months or whenever I want to. 100% recommend!!!

My experience with Cheeky has been great! The impressions were super easy to take and they send me a perfect fitting night guard after a week or so. I no longer have migraines in the morning, it has been a game changer.

The company only gets 2 stars because the product is well made. They have awful timeslines, are not proactive at all delays, and their Customer service is useless. Their response to everything is “we will follow up with the department and you will get an email when it is shipped”. I ordered the annual subscription, which a new night guard is sent every 3 months. After my first 3 months, a guard was never sent. I had to contact them and wait for production. For the remaining 2 I reached out in advance. The last time I used the service I ordered the annual again in December, but didn’t get my night guard until the end of February. Again, customer service was useless and did not provide any information aside from them having staffing issues and that I will receive an email when it is shipped.
