Nourished Tracking Order Status

You can get hold of customer service without a problem and they reply quickly. However, some staff better than others. I was fobbed off originally and when I came back as the product still wasn't shipped they do seem to make an effort to resolve but as the product is made fresh (thats a good thing) it takes some time. Product unlikely to arrive before holiday. They are now giving order free of charge. I will persist with these guys as I think they are doing their best and most of the reviews are positive. When things go wrong the big test is how they are resolved and they are clearly trying. Heidi very helpful.

I always struggle to take large pills and end up forgetting to take them regularly. Nourished is offering all essential vitamins packed together in one gummy. I chose strawberry flavour and it’s absolutely delicious. In fact I want to eat the whole pack ! Also love the fact that it’s individually wrapped so you can put it in your bag. I prefer to take it after I had my food otherwise I have uncomfortable feeling in my stomach. Had recommended it to everyone around and definitely will be ordering more! The only negative is the price.

After first being introduced to this company by a good friend of mine, I have to say I was delighted with the very friendly and knowledgeable service that the members of staff provide. Being very impressed by the personalised nutrient gummies that they offer, this is something that has really helped and definitely started to feel the positive benefits this has provided. I would highly recommend these products and services to any friends and family after being so pleased with my own personal experience.

*update* full refund received, plus gummy’s have arrived today. I can not believe how awful this company is, people rely on their vitamins. I had ordered vitamins on the 1st of March, nothing had arrived by the 7th, and I didn’t receive a confirmation of dispatch, so I used the online chat to ask and was told to allow 7 working days for delivery. Totally fine, we’re already at 5 working days at this point. What a lazy customer service agent, instead of tracking it for me which she would have realised that it hadn’t been dispatched she fobbed me off. We get to 8 working days, still nothing, so I wrote in again and they said sorry we can’t find your order being sent to DPD, we’ll send you your order out urgently. Another 4 working days still no email of dispatch or vitamins so I write in requesting a refund to be ignored. Clearly this company are scammers, will take your money and then fob and ignore you. Absolutely disgusting will be taking this to trading standards.
