GEPRC Tracking Order Status

I was shipped a CineLog 35 V2 that had the incorrect CLI on it from the factory. I bound and configured my controls properly, and the quad did not respond properly due to the incorrect CLI causing my drone to be damaged to where it will not fly and causing me to go to the emergency room. The customer support has worked with me and is sending proper replacement parts.

I bought a Mark5 with Express DHL shipping. It took a bit to be shipped (10 days maybe) but once shipped it arrived in 2 days in Italy. The drone is well built and flies great. Also their customer support is good, they answer in max 1 day. Approved

Azienda super,non a caso la mia flotta è tutta marchiata Geprc. Dopo aver sbagliato in fase di ordine il modello dei braccetti di ricambio ho scritto su messenger e nel dubbio ho mandato una mail,il giorno seguente mi hanno subito risposto aggiornandomi tutto e rassicurandomi. GPS M10,stampa tpu per GPS,braccetti per Mark 5 DC con O3 arrivati dopo 9 giorni esatti con notifiche precise durante il viaggio. Grande azienda e grandi professionisti 👏👏

Was initially worried about ordering from GEPRC given the reviews here, however I went ahead and ordered a GEPRC Phantom HD (with express shipping). Got it properly packaged within a week. Everything is working perfectly and well-assembled.
