Frankie was excellent to talk with. She was professional, knowledgeable and fun. She answered my questions without any hesitation.

I do not remember the exact month/year that I signed up for GenoPalate, however, this service will be there for you with health-related support when you need it. The times that I have contacted this office, they have always responded 100%. Today's brief call met all my expectations and then some. Frankie answered all questions about the vitamins as well as other general food questions.

I am an allied health care professional with over 20 years of experience. I have had training in nutrition as well as coached many in healthy choices. Personally I have suspected a few things that were never supported during my times working with a dietician/nutritionist. Doing the DNA with GenoPalate gave me the answers (and I was right!!). It is helpful to know this info vs just have a suspicion. They also provide your results beautifully. You do NOT have to be in the health field to understand and incorporate the results into your lifestyle choices. Although they do offer additional support in those areas if you would like it.
