Geekvape Tracking Order Status

Battery cap gets worn out. After 8 month it will not screw in or just pops out. Geekwape dont sell the sparepart.

Thank you so much for dealing with my matter so swiftly. I'm so delighted to have received my replacement for geekvape mod. It came within 2 weeks, lot quicker then it expected (35 working days).

Ich hab die Geekvape Aegis Legend 2 Classic und kann mich bis jetzt nicht beklagen. Auch den Z Max Tank mit 0.15 Ohm Coils finde ich super!

So I love my geek vape, but I am on my third one in a year and a half. The charging pins keep breaking and they refuse to charge. Wish they were better built.

I purchased my aegis x 12-9-22 and at 3-4-23 I messaged support snot it not coming on sent everything required for warranty they said warranty expired I said no 90 days from purchase I still have 5 days they proceeded then offer me a Aegis l200 which is less then what I paid the aegis x is 90+ and the L200 is 65 they said it’s all they will give me for the warranty I’m heated I’ve stuck with geekvape for 2 years now I’ve gone through 5 geek vapes in that time I don’t get them then they want me to re send the sc and other pictures because they said the sc I sent is incorrect so I believe they are trying to hoodoo me what should I do
