Gazelle Tracking Order Status

I replaced my iPhone 8 with the same from Gazelle. Easy and accurate site. Bought for $135 that stated in Fair Condition but arrived in what I considered Good condition. I am very satisfied.

Received product on time and good condition. Good price. Resolved minor issue quickly. Will be customer again. Thanks

For ordering a device in ‘fair’ condition, it was in much better shape than I anticipated. This company needs a better exchange process, though - especially if it’s the company’s error. Ordering and setting up the return was easy. However…my experience so far: 2 days to process the order. 4 days to receive it. (Normal so far.) 2 days of troubleshooting, only to find my device was not unlocked as ordered and tied to an obscure MVNO. 4 days to get the phone back to Gazelle, and now it’s currently in its second day of ‘review’. Once this is finalized, then I get a credit within 5 days to start the process all over again, of which I was offered no guarantee this couldn’t happen again nor assurance a comparable device would be available once this whole process is done. Had things gone right, this could have easily been a 5 star review. Heck, even an immediate exchange/replacement with a provisional credit would have made it 4 stars. I’m just glad I have a backup device in the meantime.

S21 5g just like new. User friendly app made the entire shopping experience trouble free. So far not one complaint. Geaux Gazelle!

The phone was locked and to a different carrier. Very disappointed. This is something you Gazelle should know before sending the phone to a customer. What a waste of my time.
