Great from salerooms to delivery

Good prompt service. When we received the garden furniture set 2of the chairs were damaged rang them up and they immediately arranged replacement goods from the manufacturers, which were delivered within a few days.

Although we had to chase up the call we were promised that was to advise us of the delivery date for our furniture, the delivery was made the week we were expecting it. The boxed goods were taken, as promised, into the back garden by the very helpful member of staff who made the delivery. Forecast bad weather has prevented us from unboxing and setting up the furniture set, but we are looking forward to using it.

2nd purchase and did not disappoint again, delivery was prompt and arrived in great condition, will recommend others and will definitely be back to deck out the garden again

Furniture & associated accessories were from a premium brand and were of the high quality that we expected. However the "experience" was let down by poor communications from Garden Trends and the service of the delivery company (APD). After almost two weeks from placing my order and receiving the initial order acknowledgement I had heard nothing further so I contacted Customer Services who advised that it was a "direct from manufacturer" delivery and, after putting me on hold to check with them, further advised that the delivery company would be in contact with me "from tomorrow" to arrange a suitable delivery date. As we were not going to be at home for several days that sounded excellent. However, the next morning I received a text from the delivery company advising that it would be delivered later that morning. It was a "no-reply" text, so no possibility to change the timed delivery slot, and their website only gave options to rearrange a delivery after receiving a "failed to deliver" card from the delivery driver. Guess what? No-one was at home so they dumped it by the front door, took a photograph to prove it was delivered and drive off into the sunset. This was not the quality of customer service that Garden Trend's website suggests, nor was the delivery as described by their Customer Service advisor less than 24 hrs earlier.
