Garden-camping Tracking Order Status

My husband and I purchased a Manhattan Gazebo in May, absolutely pleased with the quality and the style really completes my garden. 5 stars for the customer service team, specifically Amber and Katie, for helping me order over the phone and track the item. Good Gazebo and service. I purchased a metal frame pop up gazebo. For the price it was good quality. I had a slight issue which was resolved amicably and to my satisfaction. I would buy something from them again.

Purchased a parasol a few weeks ago and it’s perfect for what we require. Speedy delivery and efficient service all round, couldn’t fault them!

Fantastic customer service from this company. Purchased a gazebo through a third party and when we opened it after delivery, there was a small tear in the canopy. These things happen. I contacted and asked for a replacement canopy. Full replacement gazebo being sent out without any quibble. I asked about returning the original unit to be told to dispose of it or keep for spares. Absolutely awesome experience!!

Only read the trustpilot reviews after purchasing the wooden storage bench (schoolboy error), so was worried about what would happen. But I needn't have been. On the delivery due date I received a call saying the delivery van had broken down so I would not get it for a day or two. However it arrived later that afternoon, and was put together in about half an hour. It seems the problems others had were either gazebo related (they're all cheap and flimsy so shouldn't expect too much) or early in the lockdown when small firms must have had a nightmare just to stay afloat. But my experience should allow people to buy with confidence.
