Garage Tracking Order Status

The shirts were okay quality at best with some prices being way to much, felt good purchasing though.

One of my wheels had buckled after going in to a deep pothole. I drove to ATA Tyres a while later and James straightened it out right away .( I had not made an appointment.) No charge, 100% professional and no more air escaping from the tyre! Thank you so much!

Returned an online order in store and still haven’t gotten a refund after almost two weeks. Customer service keeps giving me the same answer. I wasn’t trying to dispute it with paypal but it looks like I may have to. Update: after sending an email I finally got a refund 12/20. No one responded to my email but I’m assuming someone saw it

I have 2 pending charges for the same amount and no product. I can’t get hold of anyone in costumer service. (Will do an update if I ever hear from them) So far I am not impressed. Don’t care if their clothes are the best ever. I will go go somewhere else, not worth the headache of trying to order and not get a reply. I even paid for expedited shipping, well that’s a joke. No updates on tracking either.. Just don’t shop here Update: I finally got hold of someone and got refunded my shipping costs. Package has not arrived yet, but should be here in 2 days. We will see

I am quite shocked to see how low their score is. I had nothing but an amazing experience with this company. They helped me every step of the way and constantly stayed in touch with me and sent me a return label, no problem. The cargo pants I ordered for my daughter were a size too big so I had to get a smaller size. They literally came so quick. This is an amazing company. The pants are so cute, great quality, and I will be shopping here regularly.
