GAP FACTORY Tracking Order Status

You have sent me the defective puffer. Unfortunately, I can't send it back to you, I live outside of the US and always use for orders forwarding company addresses. I would like to ask for refund. My daughter won’t wear this puffer. But your customer care don’t want to help. I had chat with them and call as well. They are very stupid indian guys. They didn’t understand what customer wants and send me standard replies.

Bought a coat that was listed as 100% cotton and received a completely different item. Contacted their customer service and was given the run around and just told to return it. Thanks for the complete waste of time.
