My tickets and my app said different seats. We had multiple people saying we were sitting in their seats, but when I checked the app we were in the right seats. Eventually we came to realize the app and our tickets said different seats. We missed a period of play getting this sorted out and then had to kick people out of our proper seats. Reached out to Support a week ago, and answered the preliminary questions. Have not heard back in 4 days now.

Very easy to get tickets. And the customer service was very helpful.

Jenny was great via chat in helping me try and track down tickets. While the issue is not yet resolved, I have been assured that they will get to the bottom of the issue given I have already paid for the tickets.

My tickets were already sold but i was upgraded to better seats and was able to contact someone right away super easy
