I purchased AOW 4 from them and then the game turned out to be an absolute mess of crashing to desktop and kernel crashing. I obviously am not going to play the 1 out of 100 games that somehow manages to crash my kernels. Craig from Gamesplanet was incredibly understanding and offered me a refund on the purchase. It was no hassle, he was personable and not some typical support person giving generic responses. I will absolutely be using them in the future.

Was genuinely nervous despite all the good reviews. Bought a steam key for DOOM Eternal for £9.51, roughly 75% off. I made the transaction, clicked on my account username on the gamesplanet website, clicked 'My Games', revealed the steam key, used the key on steam, and boom, asked me which drive I wanted to download DOOM Eternal in. Unbelievable The price was in dollars too, but it said below "Activates in the United Kingdom". It works. It has positive reviews everywhere you search online for a reason.
