Gaiam Tracking Order Status

Purchased a ball when I started to fill it with air it began leaking from a Hole caused when it was shrink wrapped and stored for packaging.here is a review I wish I had read before purchase. Overview. Gaiam has a consumer rating of 1.14 stars from 7 reviews indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. I purchased a Muse headband sometime ago when I was first learning how to chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo and I was concerned about my mind wandering. This product helped me gain confidence and I was ready to sell it and let someone else benefit as I have. I went to sell it on Amazon. I was informed that I needed permission from Gaiam which surprised me because I didn't even know they were affiliated. I got a response from Gaiam saying that they will not be granted me permission to sell the product that I purchased with MY money on Amazon! So it's like I bought it but it is not really mine to do with it what I will... They are just as rude as most of these reviews state so BEWARE!!!!

I read these reviews after I ordered so I was nervous, but everything went well. I ordered 8/26/2020 and rec'd 9/3/2020. Which is great/fast considering everything that's going on. The Performance Longer/Wider Dry-Grip Yoga Mat is great (did a few poses, worked as hoped. I will update if grip loosens with more activity), the On-the-Go Mat Bag fits and holds my mat well and I currently have my new OM Mesh Capri pants on and they are very comfortable. I see other reviewers were lisitng sites so this is where I ordered from: www.gaiam. com. Would use Gaiam again! Thank you!

I found the Gaiam page randomly as I was searching for a Yoga Ball Chair, it was rated very high. It worked flawlessly for almost a whole year and then a piece broke on the base. I still had the email from the initial purchase so I replied to it with my issue not expecting anything. Brittany got back to me so quickly and asked for a picture of the defect. I sent the picture and the next day she had placed an order for the parts I needed to. These days it is impossible to get good service so I felt compelled to leave this review. I am 100% satisfied with this company's products and service, thank you!

I recently found this website and unlike many others that pass away in a few clicks, I say and read articles on this website for about 2 hours. Usually I'm lucky if I can find one article per website that is relevant to me personally and resonates with my interests, but Gaiam has so many. My favorite section was the "solution guides" with practical tips ranging from how to make a compost pile to what you need to do to detox your body. The articles seem to be updated regularly. It's nice to feel sure the info is up to date and relevant. Some websites address the fitness side of Yoga while others emphasize the spiritual aspect. Gaiam does both. I live in a small town where it's hard to find quality organic cotton products. I order some pillowcases and towels from them a few months ago. The cost was reasonable and I am pleased with the quality.
