This was my first purchase from FWRD and prior to my purchase, I read all the reviews on the company so was skeptical before making my purchase. I had nothing but the BEST costumer experience! Yes, you have to call the company and verify you made the purchase (I purchased an expensive pair of Golden Goose, so I could see why they wanted to verify my purchase before sending me my item). I actually appreciate the extra care it took to double check my identity. I also needed help with canceling a gift card order and they handled it promptly and professionally as well. Would happily purchase from FWRD again! Also I made my purchase on a Thursday morning and I received my shoes Friday morning!! Awesome prompt delivery.
