furnwise UK Tracking Order Status

I made an order with Furnwise a few months ago and received my item within the given time and well packaged. The lights are absolutely beautiful. I have since emailed them to ask for a VAT receipt and received one straight away. I cannot fault this company and would highly recommend them, not only for their customer service, but for the actual item. The lights were definitely well worth the price and very unique.

After I complaint about my broken 3 Rock lamps I received an email that the items will be replace. to my surprise I received my 3 Rock lamp today in good condition. However your delay response to customer is poor and this will lead to bad reviews. I appreciate you guys and I withdraw my earlier post.

Item took longer than expected but quick response and good communication when I queried delivery time. Lamp is stunning and definitely worth the wait. Really solid, good quality lamp. Would recommend Furnwise.

I have have bought a few items from Furnwise that I'm really pleased with. Unfortunately a recent purchase arrived broken despite being well packed. Ana in customer services offered several options and processed a full refund. It's good to know that excellent support is available when problems arise
