I have purchased several products from Furls. Each time everything has arrived well-packaged and the items were of high quality. I recently had to return a hook because it wouldn't work with my grip, but I received no hassle and got a full refund. The hook itself was gorgeous. I also ordered one of their leather project bags. I was a skeptical as I'd only seen their wood and acrylic products thus far, but this bag has exceeded my hopes and become one of my favorite organizers. I use it daily and expect it to last until I can no longer hold my working yarn.
