I read many negative complaints on here but I must say I purchased items for Christmas, they delivered on time, didn't fit and returned. There was a bit of a mixup but after going through their correct department Avenue, a full refund was issued. I am impressed so far and not sure why so many have had issue. Happy Canadian, Ontario

Lately all of the things I've ordered have been in good condition. It's good to read the reviews to get an idea if there are problems with the fabric, sizing, etc. There was a point in time I remember, a few years ago where I was receiving articles of clothing that had already been worn by another customer who then returned to the company, which was then sent on to me - one item in particular, a bra - had pit stick on it. Now that is disgusting! No wonder the company frowns on returns and makes it difficult for customers to return. Quite frankly, I thank them for that. However, FB shouldn't make life incredibly difficult for their customers as I am reading about . . .

I ordered this cotton T shirt in 6 colors. Tried on 1,fit. laundered with other cotton T shirts. Shrank all around 1 1/2 ". This is excessive, nearly 2 sizes. NO Refund, can't even return to prove my point. You need to think over this policy. It makes me leery to try other items. I already ordered a size larger to account for shrinkage.

This company and its 'sister' companies are all the same. The clothes are made cheaply, cheap fabric, weird items. Today, two items arrived that I purchased and once again I was disappointed. The 'tunic' top on the model looks wonderful. What I received was just an ordinary T-shirt with embellishments on it. I washed both items and didn't put them in the dryer for fear they would shrink up to a child's size. The white 'embroidery' on the 'tunic' is white, the top is black and the white lint got on the black top. After this dries I will have to use my lint roller to remove it. The black tank top is the same way. Sure the prices are okay but pay a little bit more for better quality clothes.
